The project has increased awareness about NCDs, reaching over 900-members. It has also supported early detection of NCDs and supported early treatment for over 1500 members. With the clinic, there shall be improvements on the current Laboratory by adding an ultra-scan and making it a standard laboratory testing a variety of conditions. In addition, community members have also reduced travel distance of over 15Km away to Kampala city center to get good but highly priced laboratory and screening services. The NCD Clinic, will also give access to over 60- community clinics and drug shops to get near comprehensive laboratory, diagnostics and NCD services for their clients.
