Flomics Biotech is developing a cloud-based server that enables automated data analysis of Next Generation Sequencing SARS-CoV-2 data. It works with metagenomics (blood, saliva, stool samples,...) or amplicon-based sequencing data. It's very intuitive, fast and it does not require any prior bioinformatics skills. You can upload directly the data out of the sequencing machines (Illumina, etc).
