This self-assessment tool is used to help determine whether you need to be tested for COVID-19. Individuals with COVID-19 symptoms who work in the following roles are eligible for COVID-19 testing in Alberta: Healthcare workers; School teachers/staff or daycare staff; Group home, disability support and shelter workers; and, Correctional facility staff, working in either a provincial or federal facility.
